DfE to review council's 'inadequate' children's services

A review of Slough Borough Council's children's services will be carried out over the next few weeks in an attempt to overturn its 'inadequate' rating.

A special team commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE) will be spending time in Slough looking at the ways forward for the town's children's social care offering.
