The quality of care at Wexham Park Hospital is 'still falling far short of acceptable' according to the chairman of Healthwatch Slough.
Colin Pill, of Montgomery Place, was admitted to the hospital in Wexham Road in November and then again in February following breathing problems and then a urine infection.
