South Bucks District Council (SBDC) has decided to challenge the decision of the Secretary of State for Local Government on a 'prior approval' application at Pioneer House - Khalsa Academy, to grant consent to change the use of office space to a state-funded free school.

The council say they have taken counsel's advice and his conclusion is that the decision to
