Robbers ram car in Langley to steal pub's takings

Robbers rammed a car into the back of their victim's vehicle before getting out to steal money from him.

The manager of the Harvester in Langley had the restaurant's takings snatched from the car by masked thieves on a busy road in broad daylight.

He was travelling with a colleague in an orange Vauxhall Astra convertible in London Road, when it was hit from behind by a grey Alfa Romeo, just before 11.30am on Saturday (October 8).

The robbers then drove off towards Slough, dumping the stolen Alfa Romeo in Park Lane, Upton, before driving off in a white Ford Transit van.

They are described as white, in their 20s, of slim build, wearing jeans and grey jackets.

One wore a surgical mask to hide his face, the other a black scarf.

Call police on 08548 505505 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
