Coffee giant Costa will open in the heart of the village at the end of May.

An application to convert the former Twyford Lighting store in the High Street was approved by Wokingham Borough Council on April 2.

The news was met with mixed feelings from villagers.

Some are concerned Costa will be a threat to Sebastian's Cafe, an independent coffee
