Motorists have been advised to avoid the M4 around junction 4B following a crash involving six vehicles.
Fire crews from Slough, Langley, Windsor, and a heavy rescue unit from Dee Road in Reading were called to the accident at 4.28pm.
The crash involved an HGV and five smaller vehicles. Slough Fire Station tweeted that three people sustained minor injuries and were placed in the care of paramedics.
