Windsor fell to their fourth defeat in five games after they were beaten by Kew in Division 2a of the Thames Valley Cricket League on Saturday.
Having won the toss Kew elected to bat first and put together a tidy innings with Barney Atikins (56) getting his eye in for a half-century while Dave Ramsden (39) and S Vanden (42) also chipped in with solid knocks as the hosts build a competitive total of 221-10.
Chasing a target of 222, Kai Ziemkendorf (34) top scored for Windsor as they struggled to get near a well-built Kew total.
Chris Dixon (28) also chipped in with a healthy contribution but the visitors struggled to build a meaningful chase as Danish Zamen took five wickets for Kew in the
Windsor face a tough task this coming Saturday as they host title-chasing Eversely at Home Park.
