Langley FC announced over the weekend that it had reached an agreement with a new ownership consortium.
The consortium will be led by InGame Creative; Darryl Saunders, Nick Gibson and Damian Mallinson and joining the group will be Chris Smith.
Chris will primarily be involved in footballing matters and brings a wealth of experience from within the game to his role.
Peter Phillips and Arron Samuels will be remaining with the club as part of Langley's management team while Lee Payne is to take up a role developing the club's youth teams.
Langley currently play in the Combined Counties League Division 1 and ground share with Slough Town at Arbour Park. They finished 12th last season with 51 points from 40 league matches.
A club statement read: “InGame Creative are looking to push the club and the community in an online and creative platform from which it can grow and develop across the first team as well as at youth level.
“We want to create a warm and friendly environment in which teams and supporters can flourish and we look forward to meeting you all over the coming weeks as we integrate ourselves into your footballing family.
“We will be happy to answer any questions you may have in the coming weeks as we finalise our mission statement for how we plan to bring forward changes and progression.
“We want to thank all the players, staff, fans and community for what we are sure will be a warm welcome and look forward with excitement to what the future will hold for us all.”
