Barnstaple extended their lead at the top of the South West Premier on Saturday with a hard-earned 22-17 win over fellow promotion contenders Weston-super-Mare. The league leaders stretched their advantage over Maidenhead to nine points, with a game still in hand over David Mobbs-Smith's side, who'll sit out this weekend's matches.
