Maidenhead Town’s five game unbeaten run in the Thames Valley Premier League came to a disappointing end against Wraysbury Village on Monday night.
On home turf, Maidenhead were edged 2-1 by their visitors with all three goals scored in the game’s first half.
The result leaves the hosts in sixth, while Wraysbury move into third, level on points with second-placed Finchampstead.
League leaders Berks County suffered a shock defeat to Reading City u23s at Hill Farm Lane.
County hold onto the top spot by just the one point after losing 3-2 on home turf while City move into seventh.
Burghfield humbled Windlesham & Chobham 5-1 at home on Monday evening.
Teoman Atik (two), Rhys Iremonger, Jack Bowyer, and James Sayer were all on the scoresheet for the hosts.
The result takes them into fourth, while their visitors drop into 11th.
Elsewhere, Richings Park were handed an away win over Cookham Dean, Marlow United did not play on Monday and their fixture with Finchampstead at the weekend was postponed. Mortimer, Westwood Wanderers, and Newbury also did not play on Monday.
