Two drivers crashed into each other in a head-on collision on part of the Uxbridge Road last night.
At about 10.30pm on March 26, firefighters from Langley Fire Station were called to the scene.
They found the damage to cars was not extensive, but one of the drivers had been injured and was sporting a broken ankle.
Langley Fire Station told the Express that the scene suggested one of the cars may have been on the wrong side of the road prior to crashing. The drivers were the only two people involved.
Firefighters made the scene safe while waiting for the ambulance to arrive and were there for about an hour.
Four emergency service vehicles arrived initially - two fire engines, an ambulance and police, with more police showing up in due course to close the road.
