McDonald's was closed this morning.
UPDATE 3.17pm: A McDonald's spokesperson said: "Due to a maintenance issue within the building, the restaurant was temporarily closed.
"I can confirm that it has now reopened."
UPDATE 2.13pm: McDonald's has now reopened after its closure earlier today.
A manager told the Advertiser that an 'electrical issue' had been resolved, and the restaurant was now open for customers.
McDonald's fast food restaurant in Maidenhead High Street abruptly closed this morning (31 July).
A sign on the restaurant front said the closure was due to a 'maintenance issue' and that 'further notice' would be given as to when it would reopen.
When the Advertiser visited this morning, food delivery riders could be seen waiting outside the restaurant but the doors were closed for customers.
McDonald's has been contacted for comment.
