SHINFIELD artist Kate Findlay’s work will be on display at the Caversham Picture Framer for its next wine-tasting evening.
Taking place on Friday, November 21 at the gallery in Church Road, Caversham, at 6pm for a 6.30pm start, wine specialist Emma Foster will guide tasters through six wines from different regions in Spain. There will be cheese and nibbles.
Textile artist Kate, a founding member of Henley Arts Trail, creates landscapes and scenes from embroidered fabric, as well as producing limited-edition prints. She is inspired by birds and wildlife as well as woodlands on a larger scale.
