The M4 is set to close between Maidenhead and Slough this weekend for smart motorway works.
National Highways has confirmed the motorway will be shut in both directions between Junction 8/9 (Maidenhead) and Junction 6 (Slough/Windsor).
The closure will be in place from 8pm on Friday to 6am on Monday on the westbound carriageway.
The eastbound carriageway will be shut from 9pm until 6am over the same period.
