A 20-year-old man is in hospital after three men broke into a home in Slough and attacked him during an 'extremely frightening experience'.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following an aggravated burglary in Knolton Way at about 8.45pm on Friday.
Three men forced their way in, attacked the victim and then fled the scene without taking anything.
The first offender is described as white, stocky, about 6ft 2ins tall, with short light-coloured hair, a long moustache and blue or green eyes. He was wearing dark clothing and carrying a chisel.
The second offender is white, slim and about 5ft 7ins tall.
There is no description of the third offender. All three were seen to be travelling in a silver VW Golf, thought to be a GTI.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable James Rocks, said: “This was an extremely frightening experience for the victim, who sustained head injuries during the incident.
“If you have any information whatsoever about the offence, especially if you recognise the description of the offenders and, or the vehicle they were travelling in, a silver VW Golf, possibly a GTI, we would urge you to contact us immediately.
