Members of Slough Seniors enjoyed a day out at the seaside on Sunday, June 5 as part of an annual trip.
The group of 52 travelled from Slough to Eastbourne in East Sussex by coach and enjoyed food and games on the beach.
Vijaya Gupta, who founded the group, said: “It was a wonderful sight to see everyone enjoying the sunshine.
“It was a great day out, the sun was shining and everybody had a lovely time.
“I chose Eastbourne because the route is one of the most beautiful routes, there is so much greenery to enjoy.
“As well as having a day out, the annual trip also provides members with an opportunity to meet new friends and catch up with old ones.”
This year marks 10 years of the Slough Seniors and the group has a number of special events planned.
On Wednesday, July 13, the group is holding an anniversary event at the Copthorne Hotel in Cippenham Lane.
The Mayor of Slough, Cllr Arvind Dhaliwal, is due to attend the afternoon which is taking place between 12.30pm and 3.30pm.
