Experienced non-league midfielder Louie Soares has signed for Slough Town.
The 33-year-old joins the Rebels from National League South rivals Hungerford Town, where he scooped both the Supporters’ Player of the Year award and the Players’ Player of the Year award last season.
The former Aldershot Town and Southend United player finished as the club’s top scorer as they avoided relegation by one point.
Soares, who can play either out wide or centrally, also boasts international pedigree after representing Barbados.
