The SportsTALK team return to action with reporter Dan Darlington taking the hotseat in hosting this week’s podcast. Joined by reporter Josh, the duo analyse a weekend of sporting action.
On Saturday, Josh saw Maidenhead United fall to a fourth defeat in a row after a narrow loss to Boreham Wood. Had the Magpies taken their chances, they might have come away with a result. Josh spoke to loan signing Ody Alfa to hear his thoughts on the game.
Just the short journey away, Dan witnessed Maidenhead RFC batter league leaders Barnstaple at Braywick Park. Maids have made a habit of being a giant killer this season and Saturday was no exception. Dan caught up with David Mobbs-Smith to hear how the result will impact their chances of a play off place.
This week’s podcast rounds up the rest of the local sport and teams including the hockey, rugby, and football.
