A 74-year-old man from Burnham has died following a fear for welfare incident near Taplow railway bridge.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 12.08pm yesterday with officers closing a stretch of Bath Road in both directions.
Thames Valley Police said the death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
The man’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
A stretch of Bath Road has reopened after emergency services were called to an incident near the Taplow railway bridge.
Police closed the road in both directions earlier this afternoon while the force responded to an incident alongside ambulance crews.
The road has since reopened.
Thames Valley Police has been approached for information.
