A SHORT story competition returns for the 11th year.
Run by Oxfordshire County Council’s library service, the contest is a chance to discover “new writers, original stories and unique voices”.
The winners will have their story published as an ebook and eaudiobook on Oxfordshire libraries’ OverDrive platform.
It’s free to enter and there are three age categories — seven to 11, 12 to 17 and 18 and above. Children’s stories can be up to 1,000 words. Stories by young adults and adults can be up to 3,000 words.
