A FIRE investigation unit has been recognised after it attended 116 incidents since its launch last year.
The Thames Valley Forensic Fire Investigation Unit is a collaboration between Oxfordshire County Council’s fire and rescue service as well as those in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire and Thames Valley Police.
The unit was formed to provide forensic fire investigation services for incidents suspected to involve criminal activity.
