Saffie Osborne completed a double at Windsor on Monday with Arabian Sun and Lyndon B, writes Dave Wright.

The three-year-old Arabian Sun trained by Clive Cox landed the six-furlong Download Fitzdares World Of Sport Podcast Handicap at 9/1, beating 20/1 shot Queue Dos by two lengths.

The lightly-raced Arabian Sun was having his second run since returning from a 10-month absence, having finished eighth of 13 at Leicester three weeks ago.

Osborne completed a quick double when Lyndon B (6/1) won the one-mile Text Fitzdares For Extra Places Handicap, beating odds-on favourite Thyer by one and a half lengths.

Trained by John & Rhys Flint, the nine-year-old was winning for only the fifth time in 45 starts, having gone 16 races without getting his head in front.

The Fitzdares Sprint Series Qualifier went to the 5/4 favourite Durham Castle, ridden by Harry Davies and trained by Simon and Ed Crisford.

It was the four-year-old's third win in his last four starts, and he holds an entry for the Wokingham Stakes at Royal Ascot on Saturday.

Upper Lambourn trainer Richard Hughes won the Restricted Maiden Stakes (Band D) with 4/5 favourite Our Cody, with Finlay Marsh doing the steering in the five-furlong dash.

The two-year-old could next be seen at Newbury in the Weatherbys Super Sprint Stakes on July 19.

Another odds-on favourite to oblige on Monday was Richard Hannon's River King (4/11), ridden by Sean Levey, in the Call Fitzdares For Top Prices Restricted Novice Stakes.

But favourite backers were out of luck in the final race of the evening as All Cast could only finish third to 40/1 outsider Spuddling, with Harry Kimber riding for Bill Turner.

The three-year-old was significantly up in trip for this extended one-mile three-furlong contest, having finished down the field over seven furlongs at Leicester three weeks earlier.

It was his first win in seven starts, having never finished better than fifth on his previous appearances.

Jockey Oisin Murphy failed to add to his 13 winners at Windsor this year, but he will have more opportunities at next Monday's meeting.

His bookings include Richard Hughes' Nogo's Dream in the Fitzdares Sprint Series Qualifier, Murphy having ridden the five-year-old to victory at the course last month.
