Organisers of the annual Maidenhead Christmas Lights Switch-on are calling for more stallholders to get involved ahead of this year’s event.
The popular event will return for another year on Saturday, November 22 with a festive market and plenty of live entertainment and attractions to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
As stated on the stall booking form, this year an indoor market will run from 11am in the Desborough Theatre, accompanied by entertainment and music from community groups, acoustic acts and choirs.
On St Ives Road, there will be hot food and drink to enjoy, as well as fun fair rides and workshops.
Acts will be performing on the main stage from 2pm, building up to the light switch-on at 6pm.
Weather permitting, a firework display will also take place.
Organisers are seeking a variety of stallholders for the event, covering aspects such as crafts, gifts, hot food, vintage treasure, hot chocolate, mulled wine, cards, face painting, local traders and unique decorations.
