Slough Town have released a statement following some unsavoury incidents involving spectators both during and after Saturday’s 5-0 win over Chelmsford City at Arbour Park.
Slough have taken a ‘zero tolerance’ approach said anyone identified as being involved in the incidents will face ‘appropriate disciplinary action’.
The statement said: “In light of the incidents during and after Saturday’s fixture against Chelmsford City, Slough Town Football Club is conducting a thorough internal investigation and is fully supporting the review being carried out by the relevant external agencies.
“The Club operates a zero-tolerance policy towards behaviour that breaches our ground regulations or brings the Club into disrepute.
“Any individual identified as being involved will face appropriate disciplinary action, which may include suspension or a ban from the Club and its facilities.
“Slough Town Football Club remains committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for players, officials, supporters and the wider community.”
